Idle Subduer Terms of Use

Polska wersja

Effective date: 5 November 2026

These terms do not limit consumer rights under mandatory law.

1. General

  1. These terms govern the use of the mobile game Idle Subduer (the "game").
  2. The game is published by Piotr Świst AI Solutions (Tax ID / NIP 8252216904, REGON 545373182), address: Ks. Kard. Stefana Wyszyńskiego 42/18, 21-400 Łuków, Poland, e-mail: piotr@swistai.com (the "publisher").
  3. The game is downloaded from Google Play. Google Play terms also apply to downloads, payments and refunds.
  4. The game is intended for people aged 16 and over.
  5. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy: idlesubduer.swistai.com/privacy/

2. Licence

  1. The publisher grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the game on your devices for private, non-commercial entertainment.
  2. The game, its art, music, sounds, texts and code are protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, decompile or distribute them beyond what the law allows.
  3. You may not use software that alters how the game works or circumvent the protection of purchases and ads.

3. The game and its content

  1. The game is free. It contains optional rewarded ads and optional in-app purchases.
  2. Game progress is saved on your device and, after signing in to Google Play Games, also as a copy on your Google account that you can load after reinstalling or on a new phone (Settings → CLOUD SAVE). Without signing in, uninstalling the game, clearing its data or changing phones deletes progress. Purchases can be restored (section 4.4).
  3. Items, resources, chests and other in-game elements have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game. Chests are earned only in the game; they cannot be bought with real money.
  4. The publisher may develop the game and change its content and balance (e.g. enemy strength, rewards, ad limits) in updates. Changes do not take away purchased packs.

4. In-app purchases

  1. Available packs (permanent purchases, bought once):
    • "No Ads": the game shows no ads; rewards normally given by rewarded ads are granted instantly, with the same limits (renewed every 12 hours) as when watching ads;
    • "Longer Offline": progress while you are away counts up to 24 hours instead of 12.
  2. The price, including taxes, is shown by Google Play before purchase. Payment is handled by Google Play.
  3. A pack is digital content supplied immediately after purchase. By buying a pack you agree to the supply of digital content starting before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This does not affect your rights if the digital content does not conform to the contract, or refunds under Google Play rules.
  4. Packs are linked to the Google account used to buy them. After reinstalling or on a new phone, restore them with the "Restore purchases" button (Settings → PREMIUM).

5. Ads

  1. Ads are served by Google (AdMob). The game shows only rewarded ads that you start yourself; there are no banners and no full-screen ads between fights.
  2. The reward is granted after watching the ad to the end. The publisher is not responsible for the content of ads provided by Google, but you can report an inappropriate ad to us.
  3. The number of rewarded ads is limited; limits renew at 0:00 and 12:00 UTC.

6. Liability and complaints

  1. The publisher makes efforts to keep the game working correctly and fixes reported bugs in updates.
  2. Send complaints (e.g. a pack not working) to piotr@swistai.com, describing the problem and giving the Google Play order number. We will reply within 14 days.
  3. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its rules; you may also contact us.
  4. With respect to consumers, the publisher's liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law.

7. Final provisions

  1. These terms may change, e.g. due to new game features or changes in law. We will inform you about significant changes in the game; changes will not apply to purchased packs to your detriment.
  2. These terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
  3. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and dispute resolution, e.g. consumer ombudsmen or consumer protection bodies in their country.
